Beautiful toddler special occasion dress, baptism, flower girl, pageant, party dress, its custom made so the dress has a soft slip fabric under neath the tulle for comfort. You can change the satin belt its removable. The gems on the satin belt are clear but it capture the color of what ever is near , thats why it looks blingy. It was used once only. The tulle under the dress was made longer then the dress so you can roll up the tulle under the dress for a puffier affect. And if you dont like it puffy, you can just trim the tulle underneath the tulle is soft not hard.
