Ivory polyester, but looks like silk. Delicate beads and bows across the chest. The back zipper is covered with a button placket.
Underneath is a sewn-in tulle skirt that is lined, so not itchy.
There is a mark or two on the dress. Pretty sure they can come out with a bit of love.

It is supposed to fall to about the ankle as the picture indicates.
