Little girls size 7 formal dress. George brand. Button up back, three layers of skirt with a polka dot tulle top layer and a satin feel underskirt layers. Tie at waist for a pretty bow at the back. Ivory color, off white with a soft gold. No flaws that I see. Worn for only hours one time.  Dress is clean and has no smells. Quality feel to material. Fast shipping.  Non smoking & pet free home.
I will do my best to package the dress nicely.... BUT, you will most likely have to steam this when you receive it.  There is no way for me to keep wrinkles out of it when shipping. One idea is to let it hang for a bit in a steamy shower... DO NOT iron this material.
Do not assume fit by size tag alone! Please refer to measurements for best fit and view all photos. Be happy it fits and take the time to measure! Compare against a similar item of clothing if possible.
Measurements are all in inches, taken with item laying flat and holding taut but not stretching.
Armpit to armpit across about 14
Waist across at the seam about 13.5
Top at tallest part of shoulder down to where skirt seam is about 10.25
Bottom across about 30 inches using the white material not the top tulle layer
Skirt top to bottom about 16.5 to the white and 17.5 to the top layer of tulle
Top to bottom of whole dress (tallest part of shoulder) 27 to the white and 28 to the tulle
