Girl's Tifffany Designs Embellished Pageant Flower Girl Formal Dress

Description

This is a beautiful princess like dress but it does have some issues.  The top of the dress is embellished with sequins and beads.  The bottom has 5 layers of mesh net.  There are some spots and possible stains on the dress in several areas and missing sequins and beads.  There is also some areas where the mesh is separating at the seam. There are also picks and tears on the mesh.  There are no size tags.  It measures 35" long, 12 1/4" arm pit to arm pit measured on one side while laying flat and the waist is 23".
