We ordered this dress off of Amazon, my daughter wore it once for a wedding. She stepped on the hem once or twice so it shows a bit of dirt on the hem, not noticeable at all and can probably be washed out. Otherwise the dress is like new! Bright white, not scratchy at all. Measures 13.5” pit to pit. 36” long top to hem. Sleeves are 10” long .
