Condition: Very nice and hard to find Ibis Spanky road bike. Bought the bike on Ebay in 2019, and just have not ridden the bike much. I have done a few short rides, but I am moving on to some other bike projects now. I think Ibis made these bikes in 1998 with Columbus Moron Tubing.
