This pretty brand new pink dress is by Kid Collection.
It is a size 8 girls.
If the length is long enough, this dress can fit a size 10 girl also.  Go by the measurements below.

The material is 70% polyester and 30% acetate and can be hand washed.
The skirt has two layers of netting over the full skirt.
There are white lace flowers with "pearls" and sequins at the neckline and around the waist.
MEASUREMENTS:  COMPARE THESE TO A DRESS THAT FITS.
From the shoulder seam to the hem is 37" long.
Armpit to armpit measures 14" across.
The waist is 28" around and has a tie belt in the back.
There are four pearl & rhinestone buttons on the back.
