New w tags 18mo Laura Ashley dress. Great for parties, weddings, church, or holidays. Top of dress is blue velvet(cotton lined) with scalloped collar and satin buttons on the back. Skirt is plaid silk taffeta. Lined underskirt with tulle overlay. Sewn on satin belt with flower and large bow. Skirt has small snag line under the flower (see pic) but it’s pleated so it isn’t very noticeable. Original MSRP 5.
