Purple lined sparkly evening party prom dress. Size girl's 16 knee length

This listing is for the cutest little party dress.  It is purple with a lighter purple glittery decoration throughout.  Outer fabric is a toule/taffeta type and the light purple liner is polyester.  The shoulder straps are about 2 inches wide and on the left strap, a silver colored metal decoration with 5 purple rhinestones is attached, which gives the dress a bit more bling.  The dress is sewn so the fabric is folded and the skirt is gathered in two layers so it is bouncy and not butt hugging.  Dress has no zippers or buttons, it goes on over the head.  Plastic straps under each arm help it stay on your coat hanger.
There is no makers tag or confirmed size, but inside the dress, a "16" is on a small tag.  I am assuming this is the size, so please pay attention to the below measurements.  Fabric is a bit stretchy, and is meant to be worn a bit snug.  Pair this dress with black hose and fancy black shoes and your young one will be the bell of the ball!!

arm pit to arm pit:  14 inches
No holes, worn spots, stains or tears.  Dress is in great condition!
