STUNNING PAGEANT DRESS BY HIGH END BRAND PERFECT ANGEL.  Size 4 - PLEASE REFER TO MEASUREMENTS SHOWN IN PHOTOS.   43 inches from shoulder to bottom.
Color is true to photos – gorgeous eye catching orange.  Layers of cascading handkerchief sheer tulle tiers over solid tulle layers over solid satiny layer – then there are layers of crinoline ruffles.  The top handkerchief tiers are covered with little sparkly silver sequins that catch the light.  Beautiful jewel/sequin embellishments on bodice and shoulder straps.   Zipper closure on back.   Very stiff attached crinolines ­- dress is very, very full – we did not use any extra petticoats but dress has room for more if you want added pouf.  (Photos are without any extra petticoats.)
Overall in very good condition – see photos as they are part of the description.
The under satiny layer has thread pulls at the bottom.  We bought this dress at a pageant shop consignment sale and the previous owner had put in a running hem and shortened the shoulder straps.  We removed the threads to get the true length.  The pulls are covered by the tulle layers.  It is an absolutely stunning gown.
Apologize for the high shipping cost but dress must be mailed in sturdy box to protect it.
