Gorgeous Prom Dress by
~ size 4 ~
The top is covered in blue and green sequins giving it an under-the-sea look. The skirt has layers of green and blue tulle, under which is a blue skirt. Then an attached slip (see pictures)
This is a beautiful, mermaid style prom dress in a size 4 (I think petite, my daughter is 5’ tall)  ~ I was told the top had been taken in, it fit my daughter snug.  ~  My daughter’s bra size is 34A, and I measured just
below
the bra cups (I laid the dress flat on the floor) it measured 14” across.  ~  I also measured the widest part of the sequined top (just above where the skirt starts) which would be the hips, and the dress measured 17” across (laying flat on the floor.)
The length of the dress measured 48” on the side seam, which would be under arm down to the hem line.
I bought this dress in
used
condition for my daughter; then something came up and she never got to wear it. So now we’re just trying to get our money back.
This is a

dress, and I will
not offer a refund on this
. The dress shows very little wear on the slip part of the skirt were it touched the ground. Also, one of the loops (that is used to hang the dress on a hanger) is missing. Other than that the dress is in great shape. Zipper is smooth, no tears or obvious stains that I can tell. I tried to look the dress over carefully.
