    Vintage Framed Early Print General View Niagara Falls Horseshoe Falls Wood Back
    Today I am selling a stunning framed early colored print of Niagara Falls.  This piece is titled: General View of Niagara Fall. Shows the classic falls with I believe the Horseshoe Falls off to the left of the picture. You can tell this is older by the look of the boats and also because this picture is "backed" by a piece of real wood.
    I don't know the age but I know it's not "new". The frame is approx. 17 3/4" by 14 1/4" - it's an old wood frame with gold applied accents (either gilt or Gesso) around the edges that need repair, or a repaint, to conceal the bumps - old and current. Also the back needs to be nailed back in on the back. The inner image is approx. 15" by 11 3/4".  I'm not taking the wood back off to find anything else out about it.
