Vintage Handmade Girls Ivory Satin/Lace First Communion? Dress--Size 5-6? (V)

Description

Gorgeous, Vintage, handmade satin and lace Girls special occasion dress.  Beautifully stitched with a lapped back zipper opening and wonderful sleeve detailing.  Heavy Satin bodice and underskirt with a lace overskirt.  The satin fabric is lightly embossed with a floral design which my camera had a hard time picking up.  I would say the color is ivory.  I'm guessing this might be equivalent to size 5-6, but here are the actual measurements so you can decide for yourself:
Chest measurement across front from armpit to armpit--13"
Front waist from side to side--11"
Shoulder to natural waist--10"
Waist to Hem--16 1/2"
