This item shows overall wear including scratches, discoloration, staining, the vinyl seat is ripped and missing some of its cover, the chain is missing, the brakes are no currently working, the pedals may be replacements, the tires are slightly deflated, and dirtiness found; the bike is not currently in working condition, however, the forks, handlebars, and frame are straight. The frame measures approximately from center to top 19.75”, center to center measures approximately 18”, top tube measures 22.5”, and this item is sold as is, for parts or repair only.   Please see pictures for more details.
