made in USA, 100 % polyster
inside tag states; remove trim, dry clean only
Measurements:
- from the top of dress at the seam line from under the arm to hem measures about 26 iches
- around the top of the dress is elastic that measures about 30 inches when laying flat, it can stretch to the most to about 35 inches
- at wasit seam line laying flat dress measures about 31 inches, can be stretched to the most to about 35 inches
- longest ruffle piece hanging from dress extends about 20 inches past hem line of dress
Rose/flower decoration on front of dress is sewn on to dress at two points.  Tag recommends remove for dry cleaning.
Previously worn, in excellent used condition.
